Responsible for performance monitoring and quality assurance.
Need To relocate to the factory location.

Permanent Qualifications: - 1 to 2 years' Mandatory experience in manufacturing industries and must handle Hindi labour-oriented industry.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights rotation basis Responsibilities:
Supervise production activities during 12-hour shifts, Day/Night rotational shifts.
Manpower Handling.
Monitor production quality and address issues.
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
Manage inventory.
Track production.
