Role Description The People Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating people development initiatives that support the growth and performance of team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing and delivering training programs, supporting succession planning efforts, and guiding performance management processes.

Manager will collaborate with leadership and project teams to ensure that development plans align with business goals and reinforce a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and skilled growth.

Qualifications

Robust skills in People Development and Training & Development to design and implement learning initiatives.

Experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management to support talent growth and role readiness.

Hands-on experience planning, delivering, and evaluating Training programs across different roles and levels.

Ability to build trust, coach team members, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical groups.

Experience in IT or technology-driven organizations is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D; or HR are a plus.

Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable development plans.
