Your role will involve utilizing your proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office to assist with candidate tracking and documentation, as well as communicating effectively with candidates and team members in spoken and written English.

Key Responsibilities Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases and spreadsheets

Draft and edit job descriptions and recruitment materials

Communicate with candidates and provide updates on their application status

Help organize recruitment events and job fairs
