Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team with technical solution design and customer discussions.
Design enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and network security solutions.
Perform wireless site surveys, Wi-Fi planning, and validation using Ekahau.
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), solution architectures, and technical proposals.
Assist in customer demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Recommend appropriate networking solutions based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for solution design and pricing.
Work closely with implementation teams during project handover.
Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills




Valuable understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and WLAN concepts.
Hands-on experience with Ekahau for wireless surveys and RF planning.
Knowledge of enterprise wireless technologies and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Familiarity with networking products from Cisco, Aruba (HPE), Juniper, Fortinet, or Extreme Networks.
Basic knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
Ability to prepare technical documentation, BOQ/BOM, and solution presentations.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
