Key Responsibility:
Inspection and Testing:
Conduct detailed inspections of materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to and to maintain quality standards.
Perform non-destructive testing and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies when
required.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer specifications.
Quality Control Procedures:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
Regularly review and update quality control processes to align with industry best practices.
Collaborate with production teams to integrate quality control measures into daily operations.
Defect Analysis and Resolution:
Investigate and analyze defects or deviation from quality standards.
Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify root causes and implement
corrective actions.
Maintain records of quality issues, investigations, and resolutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive quality reports,
detailing inspection results and recommending corrective
actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, tests, and quality-related
documentation.
Communicate quality metrics and performance to relevant stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and
manufacturing processes.
Propose and implement measures to optimize efficiency and reduce defects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,
Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
