Job Profile:
Responsible for end-to-end execution and management of residential high-rise real estate projects.
Plan, monitor, and control project activities to ensure timely completion.
Lead and manage site execution teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, and internal departments.
Supervise RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and resources.
Ensure effective coordination between execution, planning, quality, safety, billing, and procurement teams.
Review project schedules and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.




Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the project site.
Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to management.
Maintain proper project documentation and reports.

Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
8 to 18 years of experience in Real Estate Construction.
Experience in residential high-rise building projects preferred.
Robust project execution, planning, coordination, and team-handling skills.
Candidates with solid leadership and project management experience will be preferred.
