We operate a small-scale, high-quality manufacturing unit specializing in personal care and cosmetic products. We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented skilled to oversee our laboratory, testing, and compliance standards.

Quality

Control &
Quality Assurance (QC/QA) Perform routine analytical and physical testing of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and in-process/finished cosmetic goods (e.g., testing for pH, viscosity, specific gravity, and sensory parameters).



Conduct stability testing and shelf-life studies on existing and newly developed formulations. Monitor production batches to ensure strict adherence to established product specifications and quality benchmarks. Identify, document, and investigate any batch deviations or non-conformance issues, implementing swift corrective actions.
Regulatory &
Compliance Support Assist in preparing, updating, and compiling technical documentation required for state FDA licensing, cosmetic compliance, and regulatory audits. Ensure the manufacturing unit aligns consistently with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom hygiene protocols.
Documentation &
Record Keeping Maintain meticulous, error-free laboratory notebooks, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and Certificate of Analysis (COA) logs. Manage inventory tracking for laboratory chemicals, reagents, and testing apparatus. Draft, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory equipment and testing methodologies.
