Role Description This is a full time, in office Recruitment Specialist role based in Delhi, India.

The Recruitment

Specialist will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting offer negotiations. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand job requirements, design effective recruiting strategies, and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Specialist will also assist in onboarding new hires, coordinate initial training activities,



and ensure that recruitment practices align with company policies and applicable regulations. Maintaining accurate recruitment records and providing regular updates on hiring progress is an significant part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Recruiting to manage full-cycle recruitment and build strong talent pipelines.
Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to assess candidates effectively and collaborate with stakeholders.
Candidates should possess skills in Training to support onboarding and initial orientation of new team members.
Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi and partner closely with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of modern recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
