Qualification: M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Inorganic preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced R&D; Executive to join our Research & Development team in a leading Chemical Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fluorochemistry synthesis, laboratory operations, and process optimization. The role involves conducting R&D; experiments, maintaining technical documentation, and supporting process scale-up while ensuring compliance with laboratory safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory experiments and R&D; trials related to fluorochemistry and inorganic chemicals.

Perform fluorochemistry synthesis and safely handle corrosive fluoride systems.

Operate and maintain gas traps, scrubbers, and other laboratory equipment.

Monitor chemical reactions, product isolation, purification, and process evaluation.

Maintain accurate experimental records, technical documentation, and laboratory reports.





Support process optimization and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot/production scale.

Ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures, SOPs, and MSDS guidelines.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve process efficiency and product quality.

Follow Positive Laboratory Practices (GLP) and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Positive communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
