Candidates should possess robust skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate classroom activities.
Candidates should possess solid Education and Training skills, including knowledge of early childhood development and use of effective instructional methods.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and team-oriented manner.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience working with kindergarten or preschool-age children in a classroom setting is highly beneficial.
