Key Responsibilities File Validation & Technical Review • Verify file naming conventions.
Review folder structures.
Validate project settings and software configurations.
Ensure files are properly formatted and saved.
Clean scene files Quality Assurance • Check for missing assets, broken links, textures, and technical issues.
Ensure files meet quality standards and are delivery-ready.

Issue

Reporting & Coordination • Report issues to artists/supervisors.
Track corrections and collaborate with production.

Process

Compliance & Continuous Improvement • Follow pipeline standards.
Support QC checklists and process improvements.

Required

Skills attention to detail, VFX pipeline knowledge, file management, communication, problem solving, familiarity with Maya, Nuke, ShotGrid or similar.
