Roles & Responsibilities
Dispense prescription medicines accurately while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
Counsel patients on the correct use of medicines, dosage, potential side effects, precautions, and drug interactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries with professionalism and empathy.
Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock availability, expiry monitoring, and storage as per pharmaceutical standards.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, sales, inventory, and other pharmacy-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain productive day-to-day store operations.

Desired Candidate Profile




Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) from a recognized institution.
Valid State Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory.
1 to 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or hospital pharmacy.
Sound knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical practices, and applicable regulations.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with pharmacy billing software is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
A responsible, ethical, and patient-centric approach with robust attention to detail.
