Manage and oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to achieve timely completion.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and resources for optimum productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control procedures.
Identify and resolve technical, engineering, and site-related challenges.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Review contractor work, verify measurements and bills, and monitor project costs.
Prepare and maintain project reports, site records, and progress documentation.
Track project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
Lead site teams and maintain effective communication among all project stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




5+ years of experience in construction project execution and site management.
Experience in residential expereince preferred.
Strong understanding of construction methods, structural works, finishing activities, and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or other project management software is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
