Key Responsibilities
Source and procure facade materials including aluminium profiles, ACP, glass, MS/SS, brackets, fasteners, sealants, insulation, and hardware.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
Coordinate with project, design, estimation, and site teams to ensure timely material procurement.
Track material deliveries and follow up with suppliers to meet project schedules.
Develop and maintain relationships with recent and existing vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, price, and delivery.
Maintain procurement records, purchase reports, and vendor databases.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the stores team to avoid material shortages.
Ensure all purchased materials comply with project specifications and quality standards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.




2–5 years of procurement experience in the facade, glazing, cladding, aluminium, or construction industry.
Positive knowledge of facade materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
Robust negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/procurement software.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of curtain wall, unitized systems, stick glazing, aluminium windows and doors, ACP, perforated panels, louvers, and metal facade systems.
Understanding of technical drawings and BOQs.
Experience in vendor development and supply chain management.
