Role & responsibilities

Referral Network Development

Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with neurologists, paediatricians, orthopaedic surgeons, ENT specialists, psychiatrists, and general practitioners across Thiruvananthapuram and neighbouring districts.

Develop structured tie-ups with hospitals, nursing homes, and diagnostic centres for structured patient referrals.

Establish REHABI as the preferred rehabilitation referral destination for special schools, inclusive education institutions, and developmental assessment centres.

Build referral partnerships with corporates and their HR/wellness teams for employee rehabilitation and mental wellness programmes.

Engage with NGOs, disability federations, parent support groups, and community health networks to drive awareness and access.

Referral Pipeline Management

Own the end to end referral funnel from first contact through conversion tracking and follow up.

Maintain an organised, updated CRM or referral tracker with referral source, volume, conversion rate, and revenue attribution.

Set monthly referral targets in alignment with the Director/CEO and report progress weekly.

Conduct regular review meetings with top referral partners to strengthen engagement.

Event & Outreach Execution





Plan and execute CME sessions, school outreach programmes, parent awareness webinars, and corporate wellness talks in coordination with the clinical team.

Represent REHABI at medical conferences, health fairs, and community events.

Coordinate with the marketing team on referral-specific content, co-branded materials, and partner communication.

Feedback & Service Alignment

Act as a feedback channel between referral partners and the clinical team surface concerns, improve the referral experience, and close the loop on referred patient outcomes (within consent boundaries).

Identify service gaps or current service prospects based on referral partner conversations

Experience & Background

5+ years in healthcare marketing, business development, or referral management, preferably in a pharma, hospital, rehabilitation centre, diagnostic chain, or allied health setting.

Demonstrated track record of building referral networks with medical professionals and or institutional partners.

Prior experience working in or around Thiruvananthapuram market strongly preferred.

Exposure to paediatric, rehabilitation, or mental health service contexts is a significant advantage.
