We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about digital marketing, campaign optimization, and driving measurable business growth through paid media.

Job Summary

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition, improve campaign performance, and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.
Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve results.
Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.

Performance Analysis
Track key marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM,



and conversion rate.
Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for campaign improvement.
Recommend data-driven strategies to improve campaign efficiency.

Tracking & Analytics
Assist in implementing and monitoring Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
Ensure campaign tracking and attribution are accurate.
Monitor website traffic and conversion performance.

Creative & Content Collaboration
Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Provide insights on creative performance and customer engagement.
Support testing of recent ad formats and messaging.

Market Research
Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends.
Identify emerging advertising opportunities and platform updates.
Stay updated with changes in Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
