Project Engineer (PMC)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in building construction projects to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating project execution, ensuring that works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role requires close coordination with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site activities
Track project progress against the approved baseline schedule and identify delays or potential risks.
Ensure construction works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and relevant codes.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, workmanship, and compliance with project standards.
Verify work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports with photographic documentation.
Attend site meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.




Monitor material deliveries, resource deployment, and equipment utilisation to support planned project milestones.
Assist in identifying project risks, recommending corrective actions, and ensuring timely implementation.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and report any non-conformities or unsafe practices.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, and correspondence.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably with exposure to Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or consultancy projects.
Positive understanding of construction planning, quality assurance, and site coordination.
Ability to read, interpret, and review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project (or Primavera P6), and AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced project workplace.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
