Role Description The Reggio Emilia-inspired Early Childhood Educator will design and facilitate child-centered learning experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, observing and documenting children’s learning, and creating a classroom environment that reflects Reggio Emilia principles. The educator will communicate regularly with families, work closely with colleagues, and participate in school events and career development.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based at SIS PREP in Gurugram.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development to plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences.

Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to design engaging, Reggio Emilia-inspired activities and learning environments.

Candidates should possess experience Working With Children in early childhood settings, demonstrating patience, empathy, and responsiveness.

Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, documentation, and learning materials effectively.

Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with Reggio Emilia philosophy or other child-centered pedagogies is an advantage.

Ability to communicate clearly in English and collaborate in a multicultural environment.
