We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

Varun Garg Architects is looking for a results driven skilled with hands-on experience in Google Ads and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Generate qualified leads and improve lead quality
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting
Monitor budgets, conversions and cost per lead
Manage conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Prepare regular campaign-performance reports

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proven experience in Google Ads and lead-generation campaigns
Robust analytical and campaign-optimisation skills
Campaign results or work samples will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time, in office

Location: Sector 9, Panchkula

Salary: Starting from ₹20,000 per month; final compensation will depend on experience, expertise and proven performance.
