Key Responsibilities:
Procure packing materials such as cartons, corrugated boxes, labels, tapes, pouches, bottles, caps, films, and other packaging components.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Prepare and issue purchase orders according to company requirements.
Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and service.
Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and planning departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Track deliveries and resolve supply or quality-related issues with vendors.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Verify invoices and ensure compliance with purchase policies.
Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases,



and documentation.
Analyze market trends, material costs, and identify cost-saving prospects.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and applicable regulations.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in packing materials within a manufacturing workplace.
Knowledge of packaging materials and procurement processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
