Role Description This is a full-time, on-site QS Billing role based in Bengaluru. The role involves preparing, validating, and processing client billing statements and invoices in line with project contracts and approved quantities. The QS Billing skilled will coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance to ensure accurate measurement, rate application, and timely submission of bills.

Responsibilities include tracking bill approvals, reconciling billing data with site records, resolving billing discrepancies,



and supporting accounting entries. The role also requires maintaining documentation, preparing periodic billing reports, and communicating with internal stakeholders and clients to support smooth cash flow and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Billing Process, manage project-related bills and ensure timely collections.
Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Invoicing and Accounting to support accurate financial records and coordination with the finance team.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with project teams, vendors, and clients and resolve billing issues.
Candidates should preferably have a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or a related field, with experience in real estate or construction billing.
Candidates should be proficient in MS Excel and billing software, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work on-site in Bengaluru.
Minimum of 6 -7 years of experience required.
