Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement of civil, structural, MEP, and project-related materials. Develop strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost optimization and timely project execution. Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.
Review technical specifications, BOQs, and purchase requisitions to ensure accurate procurement. Monitor market trends, material pricing, and supply chain risks to support informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with project, planning, store, and finance teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and MIS for management review.
