As we scale, we re looking for a sharp, curious, and user-obsessed Product Manager (Fresher) to help shape our next-generation product roadmap remotely, from anywhere in India.

Role & Responsibilities
Assist senior PMs in defining user stories, prioritizing backlog, and translating business goals into actionable product requirements.
Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and market research to uncover pain points and product opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and user-centric iterations.
Track KPIs, feature adoption, and user feedback to measure product performance and inform future sprints.
Create wireframes, product specs, and process flows using tools like Figma, Notion, or Jira (training provided).
Present updates to stakeholders and contribute to product strategy sessions with a fresh, data-informed perspective.

Skills & Qualifications Required (Must-Have)
Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and sprint planning




Experience using Notion for documentation and product specs
Comfort building wireframes and mockups in Figma
Ability to map user journeys and define product requirements
Understanding of product roadmapping principles and lifecycle stages
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research
Track record of monitoring and interpreting KPIs and user behavior metrics

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Familiarity with SQL for basic data querying and analysis
Previous experience working on SaaS products or B2B digital platforms
Exposure to analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
