Job Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans and timelines
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders
Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
Assign tasks and monitor workforce productivity
Ensure explicit communication among all parties
Source and procure materials and equipment
Manage supply chain and vendor relationships
Ensure timely availability of resources
Ensure construction meets design specifications and standards
Track project progress against timelines
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Provide updates and manage expectations
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project
5 to 7 yrs experience in Civil Construction industry. Qualification: BE or B TECH in Civil.
