Key Responsibilities
Procure raw materials, excipients, packaging materials, and consumables required for production.
Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors according to quality and compliance requirements.
Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.




Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and Accounts departments.
Monitor inventory levels and plan purchases to avoid stock shortages.
Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and company procurement policies.
Track supplier performance and maintain vendor records.
Handle import procurement and documentation when required.
Prepare procurement reports, cost-saving analyses, and MIS reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Healthcare manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and vendor management.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as Pharmaclaud or Tally.
Solid negotiation and communication skills.
