Position Title :Pricing Lead

Job Purpose To lead and manage the pricing strategy for Make-to-Order(MTO) products by ensuring accurate cost estimation, effective SPA management,and margin optimization. The role involves close coordination with sales,finance, and operations to support customized product pricing, mitigate risks,and ensure profitability while maintaining alignment with business goals andcustomer expectations.

Main Responsibilities, Authorities &Accountabilities; :

Metal Booking & SO Allocation:

Ensure timely metal booking as per LME rates.

Allocate Sales Orders (SO) and track execution

SPA Management for MTO

Manage the Special Price Authorization (SPA) process for MTOproducts.

Conduct cost analysis, obtain pricing approvals, and maintain documentation.

Customization Support

Support sales teams in evaluating cost implications ofcustomer-specific customization requests.

Ensure balance between customer needs and profitability.

Cost Estimation Accuracy

Ensure accurate cost estimation for MTO products, includingraw materials, drum cost, freight, and special requirements.

Margin Management

Monitor and analyze margins for MTO products.

Compare estimated vs.



actual costs and take corrective actions.

Risk Management

Identify risks in MTO costing (e.g., cost overruns, pricingdisputes).

Implement proactive measures and contingency plans.

Pending Order Review:

Regularly review all pending MTO orders to ensure timelyprocessing and resolution.

Requirements, Skills & Competencies:

Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

8 -10 years of experience in pricing, cost estimation, or commercialoperations, preferably in manufacturing or MTO settings.

Robust knowledge of Wires & Cables products and MTO processes.

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, SFDC Quote Maker, and MS Excel.

Experience in SPA (Special Price Authorization) handling and margin analysis.
