Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed plumbing drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and piping layouts based on engineering designs.
Prepare isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and installation details as required.
Revise and update drawings based on project requirements, consultant comments, and site changes.
Coordinate with plumbing engineers, MEP teams, architects, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate drawings.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, and drawing documentation as required.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and company drafting standards.
Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and proper file organization.




Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
1–2 years of experience as a Plumbing Draftsman in MEP or building services projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
Basic understanding of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems.
Knowledge of plumbing symbols, drafting standards, and engineering drawings.
Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
