To do kickoff meetings at the beginning of project.
Coordinating with Vendors & material follow ups.
Preparing Price List.
P.O. releasing to vendors
Reviewing documents like BOQ & P&ID.;
Preparation of Delivery Schedule wrt the bought‐out components
Follow ups & ensuring timely receipt of materials as per schedule
Preparation techno‐commercial comparison Bought out components
Technical Skills
Very Positive negotiation skills
Should be valuable with communication skills & vocabulary.
Knowledge of equipment like Pumps, Valves, Transmitters etc.
Techno‐commercial comparison of various components
Accountable and Responsibility
Coordinating with Vendors.
Preparation of Comparison charts
Purchase orders punching
Attending internal kickoff meetings
Reviewing system design received from vendors, discuss with other
team members
Preparing delivery schedule of project.
Ensuring Quality & Timely delivery of components
Suggesting quality improvements on the shortfalls encountered in previous project.
Desired profile of the candidate Minimum pre‐requisite from Ideal Candidate : Prior experience in OEM as Project/Purchase Engineer is must
