Solid negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of injection molding materials (polymers, resins)
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Excel-based systems)
Cost analysis and strategic sourcing
Leadership and decision-making ability

Preferred candidate profile
Lead procurement operations ensuring uninterrupted material supply aligned with production plans.
Drive cost reduction through negotiations, strategic sourcing, and vendor development.
Manage suppliers on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD); develop alternate sources.
Oversee PR to PO cycle, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination.
Ensure compliance with ISO, ESG, and statutory requirements.
Lead team performance and track KPIs (cost savings, delivery adherence, inventory control).
