Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Regional Manager Collections / Receivables to lead the collections function for the assigned region. The incumbent will be responsible for driving collection efficiency, reducing delinquency, improving portfolio quality, and ensuring timely recoveries across New & Used Tractor Loan portfolios. This role requires robust leadership capabilities to manage large field teams while maintaining customer relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Collections & Receivables Management
Drive collection targets across the assigned region for Recent & Used Tractor Loan portfolios.
Develop and execute collection strategies to minimize overdue receivables and improve cash flow.
Monitor bucket-wise delinquency (030, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ DPD) and implement timely corrective actions.
Ensure resolution of overdue accounts through structured recovery initiatives.
Portfolio Quality
Maintain healthy portfolio quality by controlling delinquency and reducing NPAs.
Drive early bucket collections to prevent account slippages.
Monitor portfolio ageing, write-offs, settlements, and recovery trends.




Ensure adherence to collection policies, legal processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a regional collections team of 50–70 members, including Regional Collection Managers, Area Collection Managers, Collection Officers, and Recovery Executives.
Establish performance targets, conduct regular reviews, and drive capability development.
Foster a high-performance and ethical collections culture.
Dealer & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with dealers and channel partners to strengthen collection efficiency.
Coordinate with Business, Credit, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams for timely resolution of complex cases.
Build robust relationships with external recovery agencies wherever applicable.
Process & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices.
Conduct portfolio reviews and identify process improvements to enhance collection efficiency.
Ensure accurate MIS reporting and portfolio analytics for management review.
