Role Summary

The Regional Head – Acquisition will lead the acquisition business for the assigned region by managing a team of Sales Managers in partnership with ICICI Bank. The role is responsible for driving the acquisition of ICICI 3-in-1 (Savings, Demat & Trading) accounts, achieving business targets, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring an exceptional customer onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers working closely with ICICI Bank for Acquisition of 3in1 accounts.

Guide and motivate the sales managers and the agents on activities to be done to get the sales and review their performance on a daily basis.

Engage with centre managers of I-direct canters, branch managers of ICICI Bank, other ICICI Bank teams like salary account team& Investment services team for local promotion activities and potential cross sell prospects for selling ICIC I-direct accounts.

Participate with ICICI bank teams during corporate inductions, camps and activities planned across various corporates.





Working on capability building on ICICI direct platform through training & workshops.

Ensure handholding & onboarding of the customers on the ICICI direct platform post account opening.

Customer first approach to ensure resolution of queries which corporates /employees have with regards to ICICI 3in1 account.

Interact with HR Managers, admin managers of various corporates to acquire recent customers. Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.

5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Broking.

Skills and experience

Robust knowledge of investment products, Demat & Trading accounts, and financial markets will be an added advantage.

Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to achieve business targets and drive team performance.
