Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Ensure project timelines, quality, cost, and performance targets are achieved.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Manage construction activities, quality, safety, and project handover.
Drive approvals, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Monitor budgets, procurement, and cost optimization initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
15- 20 years of experience in large-scale real estate and construction projects.
Proven experience leading premium high-rise residential, mixed-use, or landmark developments.
Solid exposure to project execution, stakeholder management, contracts, procurement, and project controls.
