The Role

We are looking for a product manager to help ship an AI-native product and create and implement the GTM strategy.

This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role. You will not just be doing administrative tasks.

Youll be doing user research, defining and prioritizing requirements, implementing growth strategies, and working directly with senior AI engineers, UX designers, and the product owner.

This is not a role for someone looking for stability or well-defined processesits for someone who thrives when things are ambiguous and moving quick.

What Youll Do
Help define, prioritize, and ship the product requirements for an AI-native digital transformation product
Help define and create the GTM strategy

Must-Have Requirements
5+ years of product management experience at product companies
Experience owning an entire product or scenario,



ideally including growth and revenue targets
Experience managing enterprise products
Experience building for a regulated industrye.g., finance, healthcare, government
Programming and SQL skills
MBA or Master’s degree
Very robust English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Must be willing to do whatever it takes to ship the product
Must be willing to work very hard
Must be comfortable with ambiguity and moving quick
Must take full ownership of your product areas

Nice to Have
Startup experience
Experience building AI, conversational, or agentic products
Domain experience in infrastructure and digital transformation—VMware, cloud migrations, app modernization, cloud management
