Role Description The Quality Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulbarga.

The Quality

Analyst will monitor and inspect pulses and packaged products to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished goods, documenting test results, and reporting deviations or non-conformities to the Quality Management team. The role involves collaborating with production and packaging teams to implement corrective actions, improve processes,



and maintain consistent product quality.

The Quality

Analyst will also support audits, maintain accurate records, and help refine standard operating procedures for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to perform inspections, testing, and verification of products and processes.
Candidates should possess Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills to support compliance with standards and improve systems.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with production, packaging, and management teams.
Candidate can be a fresher or 1 year of expirence in the industry
A diploma or degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Science, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of hygiene standards, safety practices, and basic regulatory requirements in food processing is an advantage.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production environment with attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
