Role Description The Project Head – Solar will lead planning, execution, and monitoring of solar projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating site assessments, reviewing technical designs, managing vendors and contractors, and overseeing installation and commissioning activities.

The role also involves tracking project performance, resolving operational issues, aligning energy management strategies with client needs, and preparing regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Bhiwani,



with a mix of in office coordination and work-from-home tasks such as documentation, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to assess project data, evaluate performance metrics, and support decision-making.
Experience in Business Planning related to solar projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline management.
Knowledge of Energy Management practices to optimize system performance and ensure productive use of generated power.
Background in Renewable Energy and familiarity with the broader Energy Industry, including solar technologies, regulations, and safety standards.
Proven project management experience in solar or related infrastructure projects, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup, including in office supervision in Bhiwani and remote planning tasks.
Relevant technical degree or diploma (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field) is preferred; industry certifications in solar PV are an advantage.
