Arranging quotations from different vendors.
Making comparisons and submitting for approval.
Periodic review of pending indents and allied jobs.
Pending orders reconciliation with suppliers time to time.
Follow-ups with suppliers for time commitments.
Keeping records of Quotations, PO filing, and Vendors Files.
Regular follow up of dispatch status from vendors.
