Role & responsibilities
Project Execution:
Efficiently ensure the timely commencement, execution, and completion of construction and maintenance works, including all associated activities.
Coordinate pre-execution activities such as walk-through surveys, procurement, material testing, establishment of base camp, and deployment of machinery.
Implement and manage safety as per project requirements and companys SOPs at the project site.
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans that align with pre-established budgets and objectives.
Plan and implement a detailed project schedule, defining explicit milestones and deadlines for each periodic maintenance task.
Account for project schedules, budget constraints, quality assurance, safety standards, and risk management in project planning.
Project Controls:
Continuously monitor project performance against the baseline plan, making adjustments as necessary.
Maintain control over project timelines while adhering to budget constraints.
Facilitate work order creation and payment processes internally.
Regularly report progress to the office team, addressing any deviations or shortcomings promptly.
Proactively identify and mitigate project issues to ensure success.
Establish and enforce strict quality control procedures at the project site, including regular review of materials and mix quality.
Maintain and update project documentation, including S-Curves and weekly bitumen procurement plans.
Compliance: • Maintain all the Company’s Internal Compliances.
Ensure explicit and transparent communication with HO team and Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) team.
Ensure compliance with all relevant auditory standards and requirements.
Maintain 3rd Party Compliances - Maintain transparent communication with third parties such as NHAI, IE, and vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Regularly review and update compliance documentation to stay current with regulations.
Process, Technology, and Innovation:
Support implementation of project management tools and technologies to improve efficiency and documentation.
Assist in adoption and execution of cutting-edge construction and maintenance techniques as per project needs.
