Responsibilities include developing channel strategies (DSA/Digital), leading sales teams, ensuring high credit quality, and managing regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth: Scale the LAP portfolio by acquiring recent customers and expanding market share in Mumbai.
Strategy & Channel Management: Design strategies for channel distribution, including DSAs and digital marketplace partners to maximize sales.
Portfolio Quality:



Collaborate with Credit and Collection teams to manage delinquency rates and maintain high-quality assets.
Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate high-performing teams, including State Heads and Relationship Managers, to achieve productivity targets.
Operational Excellence: Improve Turnaround Time (TAT) and enhance customer experience.

Requirements
Experience: Generally requires 15+ years of relevant lending experience, specifically in mortgages, LAP
Education: Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
Skills: Proven ability in team management, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
