We are seeking an accomplished Project Lead with extensive experience in delivering large-scale hotel developments. The candidate is responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel construction projects, with robust capabilities in stakeholder management, multidisciplinary coordination, project controls, and construction management across Civil and MEP disciplines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale hotel/hospitality projects from pre-construction through handover, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing strategic project oversight, regular progress updates, risk management, and value engineering recommendations.
Drive multidisciplinary coordination across Civil, MEP, Architectural, Interior,



and contractor teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely resolution of technical and operational challenges.
Oversee project planning, procurement, cost management, construction logistics, project controls, and contractor performance to achieve successful project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, contractual obligations, quality standards, and Health, Safety & Workplace (HSE) requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and mentor project teams from the PMC side, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high-performance delivery across all project phases.

Preferred Experience
Luxury Hotels, Resorts, Branded Hospitality Projects, Mixed-Use Developments with Hospitality Components.
Experience working with leading Developers, Hotel Operators, EPC Contractors, or Project Management Consultancies.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP).
Minimum 18 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, or PMC settings.
