Position: Project Manager Location: Gujarat Key Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of wind power projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and safety standards.
Plan and coordinate civil, electrical, and mechanical activities, including WTG foundations, roads, crane pads, substations, transmission lines, erection, and commissioning.
Manage project schedules, resources, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, OEMs, statutory authorities, and local stakeholders for seamless project delivery and regulatory compliance.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
Oversee project budgets, cost control, procurement,



and commercial activities while optimizing resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and maintain all project documentation and progress reports.
Lead testing, commissioning, project handover, and team development while driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
