Collaborate with Regional leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization strategies.
Manage and build robust relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
Responsible for recruitment efficiency, ensure pipeline quality, cost efficiency, and timely closures.
Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exits.
