MDN Edify Education is looking for a Real Estate Consultant to support property identification and leasing activities for educational institutions. The role involves coordinating property searches, conducting site visits, maintaining property records, and communicating with property owners and brokers.

Responsibilities
Identify commercial properties based on business requirements.
Coordinate site visits and prepare property reports.
Communicate with property owners, brokers, and stakeholders.
Assist in lease discussions and documentation.
Maintain property-related records and reports.
Monitor the status of ongoing property requirements.
Travel for site inspections when required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–6 years of experience in real estate, leasing, property coordination, or a related field.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of commercial property documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
