Role Description The Real Estate Agent (commercial real estate and assured rental properties) will manage end-to-end client engagements, including prospecting, property sourcing, and closing transactions in the Gurugram market. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating lease and sale terms, and coordinating documentation with legal and finance teams. The role involves regular market research, maintaining an updated inventory of commercial and assured rental properties,



and building long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate tenants.

The agent will collaborate closely with internal consultants to align real estate recommendations with clients’ broader financial and portfolio strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

Relevant Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property regulations and compliance requirements.

Practical experience in Real Estate, especially commercial properties and assured rental models.

Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.

Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a client-focused approach and qualified communication.

Knowledge of local Gurugram real estate markets and emerging commercial corridors.

Ability to interpret financial metrics such as yield, ROI, and rental guarantees for investors.

Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM and basic office software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
