Product Owner - Electrification AI Solutions

You'll make an impact by:
Define AI/ML and cloud-based electrification domain product(s) and future versions from a market point of view in collaboration with product lifecycle managers.
Enable technical and economic success of the responsible product(s) in collaboration with PLM, pre-sales, and sales teams.
Ensure adherence to timeline, quality, cost, and defined scope for assigned product(s).
Manage business prospects of the product, prioritize, break them down into features, user stories and technical stories.
Manage risks and perform risk mitigation activities
Perform stakeholder management and customer engagement activities
Guide and coach team members to achieve common goals of the product including technical aspects.

B.E/ B. Tech/ MCA/ M.E/ M. Tech/MSc Computer Science




10+ years of experience in software products including experience of leading product development.
Valuable knowledge of AI/ML, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and IoT concepts
Mandatory experience in electrical domain and exposure to energy market trends
Software design & development knowledge will add weightage.
Robust product creation knowledge and market orientation
Effective risk management & customer interfacing skills
Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/DevOps practices
Drive positive mindset and culture in the team
Understand business needs and translate them into solutions
Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with various stakeholders.
