Role: Regional Manager – Growth
As an Regional Manager – Growth, you will be responsible for driving franchise expansion and ensuring business growth in your assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and onboard prospective franchise partners within the assigned territory to support business expansion
· Monitor competition and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
· Plan, implement, and monitor lead generation initiatives through various marketing channels
· Track and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
· Conduct business presentations and meetings with potential franchise partners to drive conversions
· Ensure adherence to all legal norms, compliance requirements, and company procedures during the onboarding process
· Maintain performance trackers and prepare regular reports for review by the reporting manager
· Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
Qualifications & Experience
· Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the city preferably with own 2-wheeler.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in Preschool Franchise Expansion.
