Role & responsibilities
Lead and strengthen the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance across manufacturing, packaging & warehousing
Lead internal, customer & regulatory audits
Drive CAPA, deviation investigations, change control & risk management
Oversee product validation, supplier quality, documentation & data integrity
Lead and mentor the QA team while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred candidate profile
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Life Sciences)
1015 years of QA experience
Minimum 5 years in a managerial role
Exposure to USFDA, EU, CE/MDR and other regulatory audits
