Role Summary:

Purpose: We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Bancassurance operations in [Region]. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building robust relationships with our partner banks, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional sales targets for bancassurance channels.
Build and manage solid relationships with partner banks, including senior management.
Recruit, train, and coach a team of Bancassurance Sales Managers and advisors.
Ensure effective implementation of sales processes and training programs.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Oversee compliance with all regulatory requirements.
