The company is seeking to hire an Regional Manager Solar MMS & PEB (Business Development). Two positions: Locations: Chennai/Bengaluru, and Mumbai, India.

Job Title: REGIONAL MANAGER SOLAR MMS & PEB (Business Development)

Role Summary: Drive order acquisition for Solar Mounting Structures (MMS) and Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) by identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with EPC contractors, solar developers, and industrial/infra clients — combining technical product knowledge with commercial negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for solar MMS and PEB across target accounts (EPCs, developers, industrial clients)
Prepare techno-commercial proposals: costing, specifications,



delivery timelines
Engage client engineering/procurement teams to understand structural and design requirements
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to closure
Build and manage a sales pipeline with monthly/quarterly order booking targets
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution
Track competitor pricing and market intelligence (steel, MMS, PEB segments)
Represent the company at industry events, tenders, and client meetings

Requirements
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering (MBA preferred)
4–10 years in solar MMS, PEB, or structural steel sales/business development
Solid understanding of solar EPC ecosystem and PEB design/fabrication processes
Proven track record of order closures and revenue targets
Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
Willingness to travel
