Role & responsibilities :
To review & approve ITPs for Motor and Electrical items such as Junction Box, Local Control Stations , VFD's, LT, TT, PT, DCS, control panels, cable trays, control vales ( Instrumentation Valves Attending inspection of these items at vendor end on behalf of KEPL.
Supplier improvement to increase the First Pass Yield for bought out items.
Review and approval of Inspection and Test Plans & attending inspections for BOCs of all above items.
Raising inspection call to TPIA/Client and arrange inspection at suppliers end
Monitoring improvement for suppliers
Developing inspectors in inspection agency.
Review of MTC's for electrical & instrumentation items BOC's.
Review of compliance provided by suppliers, against inspection observations
Arranging IRN from inspection agencies.
Preferred candidate profile : Conversant of API 541, 547 and IEEE 841
