Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including identifying suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating options, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies.

The Purchase

Specialist will coordinate with project, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, verify order accuracy, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. The position also includes maintaining purchase records, monitoring inventory levels, supporting cost optimization initiatives,



and preparing reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and purchasing best practices, with the ability to follow standardized procurement workflows.

Experience in purchase management and handling purchase orders, including vendor coordination and documentation.

Hands-on experience in purchasing materials or services for infrastructure or construction projects.

Analytical skills to compare quotations, monitor costs, analyze purchase data, and support budgeting and negotiations.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or procurement software.

Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.

Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.

Prior experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
